Central Cambria High School coach Randy Wilson and his athletes made cross country and track marquee-level sports locally and throughout the PIAA.

Wilson’s girls cross country teams have dominated at the conference, district and statewide level.

His boys cross country runners also have had success.

Wilson also played a role in Central Cambria’s track and fieldĀ  program’s evolving into one of the top teams in the region.

Wilson has earned national recognition as a cross country coach and his induction into the Cambria County Sports Hall of Fame will be his second hall of fame ceremony in less than three months. The Western Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame inducted Wilson in Pittsburgh on April 27.
