CCSHOF Ticket Order and Advertisement Information

The Cambria County Sports Hall of Fame will induct its Class of 2014 on Saturday, July 12 at the Frank J. Pasquerilla Conference Center in Johnstown.

A reception will be held in the Pasquerilla Conference Center lobby area beginning at 6 p.m., with the dinner to follow at 7 p.m.

The Class of 2014 includes: Leah Hollis, NCAA Division I women’s volleyball player; Ed Johnston, former Johnstown Jets goaltender and former NHL coach and GM; John Kasay Sr., former NCAA Division I football player and coach; Randy Mazey, former NCAA Division I baseball player and current coach at West Virginia University; and Tom McGough, former professional baseball player and current broadcaster.

Teams honored include:

30th anniversary of Richland High School’s 1984 PIAA state volleyball championship and the successful title defense in 1985.

20th anniversary of Bishop McCort High School’s 1994 Pennsylvania Cup hockey title and repeat state championships in 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1999.

20th anniversary of Forest Hills High School’s 1994 PIAA Class AA state runnerup football team.

The All American Amateur Baseball Association Tournament will be recognized for the 70th anniversary of the tournament, which will be played in August.

Class of 1990 inductee Carlton Haselrig officially will have the sport football added to his hall of fame status, which previously only included wrestling. Haselrig was inducted after winning six NCAA championships as a wrestler but prior to his All Pro football career with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Ticket and advertisement information follows:

Banquet tickets cost $50 per person or $500 for a reserved table of 10 people.

Half tables may be reserved for $250.

Advertising rates for the official CCSHOF banquet program are: $100 for a full page (7.5 x 10); $60 for a half page (7.5 x 5) or $30 for a quarter page (7.5 x 2.5).
